Happy birthday dude! Even if this may not have been the score you were looking for, hopefully the advice given here will allow you to improve on your future levels (this can be my birthday gift to you xd)
Gameplay (3/10) - Is your gameplay balanced, fun and interesting?
The gameplay in this level is your one of the main things you should try to improve on. To make it easier to see what you can improve on, I've put my main points bellow:
Transitions: A lot of the transitions in this one (especially the alpha'd ones) are really sudden or will instantly kill you if you aren't expecting it. This is somewhat OK in demons but in easier levels there should be a short time after a transition so that a player has a chance to react! An example of this is the first wave, which will almost immediately kill you after the teleportation portal. Another transition in this level is bugged, the mini ball teleport transition after the dual parts will send you to the moon if your ball is on the roof, try and patch this if you can by putting a normal gravity portal before the teleporter, or spikes on the roof so the player can't bug the transition.
Difficulty: This level has a very strange difficulty with some of the parts being extremely minimalistic 2 star difficulty & others going up to ~harder difficulty. Try make your level balanced so its easier for players (& robtop) to assign a difficulty rating, and so that players know if they have a chance at beating it or not.
Variation: A lot of the gameplay seems very similar to each other, try use some ramps & make your levels have height to them to make the level flow better.
Design (4/10) - How well does your level flow? this includes sync too!
The sync in this level can have a few off beats here & there, & a few of the transitions are really off sync (first UFO & wave). Your deco sync In some areas was quite good (like the mini ufo with the moving funnygame effect in the bg) but was lacking in others (Part after). This level also used a coloured theme & usually flowed well, but some parts (mini ufo) did not fir this theme very well & looked slightly out of place.
Decoration (4.5/10) - How pretty does your level look? this includes effects!
The decoration in this level mainly consists of rainbow effects, mainly parts using HSV & an extreme amount of 1.9 funnygame effects. A lot of the effects were outdated, like the one at the end & in the first ball, or extremely basic 2.0 effects, & with the minimalistic block design usually just being solid black or basic blocks with in rainbow colours let down the level a lot. A lot of the custom backgrounds wre also quite buggy do to the lack of the 'don't fade' function & some of them with errors making the bg look messy (first BG & wave BG).
Originality (Multiplier x0.90)Most of the effects used in this level are just basic funnygame effects, which are extremely overused & common in most levels. The song is also used in the also colorful themed Dark Rainbow Rebirth which is very similar in deco to this level in parts. Try come up with some unique spins on effects or block designs to improve in this area.

I recommend in your future levels to be more creative with your effects as a lot of the effects used in this date back to 1.9, making it a little boring for people who have played since then or longer when these effects were oversaturated. Overall it wasn't a completely horrible level & I hope this will help you with your future levels.
