Not my best review as I've been super busy with school stuff :c , but I hope its still good enough to help you out.
The main things I believe you can improve are bullet pointed under each section, with a summary of what you did well beneath category.
Gameplay (7/10) - Is your gameplay balanced, fun and interesting?
Difficulty: This level can be really unbalanced with a lot of memory after the wave and in the last dual. Try to keep a consistent difficulty or it can flow badly.
Ball part: Is very sudden memory and really kinda threw off the flow of the level a bit, try to avoid this or make it more clear to the player which platforms are bad or good.
Positives in this category: End dual is really cool if you pull it off, Wave is fun & first cube flows really well.
Design (8/10) - How well does your level flow? this includes sync too!
Gameplay sync: Some of the level has really little-no gameplay sync, such as the first ship. try not to use the super slow speed as it is hard to make good gameplay with. There were a few other off beats throughout the level but other than that pretty nice.
Positives in this category: Deco sync is very good with all the effects used, one of the best things in the level.
Decoration (9/10) - How pretty does your level look? this includes effects!
Block design: The block design in the Wave/middle cube was quite poor and looked out of place in the level. Try to keep the level's blocks in a similar theme or it can become a little messy looking going from part to part.
Foreground Deco: Can be too bright compared to the background or ruin the effects in areas like the middle robot/cube
Positives in this category: Effects are neat and done extremely well, block design in the first part is quite good & the end dual is very well decorated. Use of different colour combos throughout the level is also a strong point. The use of effects was also well varied throughout the level and really added to the sync and flow.
Originality (Multiplier x1.00)Most of the effects and block designs are standard 2.0 stuff, nothing is copied so nothing taken away in this category.
