Eeh I use a program called Dxtory to record that shows the fps

You can do that with any recording/benchmarking program

Use FRAPS.
All the time (well, most of the time) without recording, I get 60fps.

I'm thinking to try MSI Afterburner, which is originally used to overclock your GPU, but let's you see your FPS in game, like a benchmark.

Ignore all these people. There's an FPS counter built right into steam that you cant turn on in the settings.
