Robot Section (0-9%) - Overall this section's gameplay isn't that interesting. You just wait for two green orbs to show up over and over again. The invisible mirror portals just disoriented me and overall wasn't that great to look at. The decoration also looked kind of copy and pasted.
Ball Section (10-20%) - This section is just really not fun to play. There's invisible mirror portals every 2 seconds with trolls and again just orbs for gameplay most of the time. There were even some parts where you could COMPLETELY SKIP THE ORBS with no punishment. Again there's a lot of copy and paste.
UFO Section (21-34%) - Here the gameplay was a little better. Again though, the decoration looked copy pasted (I'm going to say this alot).
Cube Transition Section (35-36%) - This was kind of a bad idea to have so many orbs, because you basically have to click at lightspeed to make it.
Wave Section (37-46%) - Gameplay was actually pretty enjoyable here compared to other sections. The main problem here is the decoration. You used triangular pieces and then filled the insides up with breakable blocks. There's no corner pieces, making it look cut off and not right.
Cube/Wave Section (47-49%) - The transition to the short cube is way too sudden. You basically need to know the spikes are there beforehand. The wave part looks okay, but could be better.
Ship Section (50-53%) - The split in the path near the end look kind of out of place, and you can just hold to get through most of the obstacles here. At the end transitioning into the ball, you have to switch gravity right before with no warning.
Ball Section (54-58%) - The gameplay again is mostly just spamming to get through, which is not very fun. The constantly changing camera views made the section unpleasant to look at.
UFO/Ship/Ball Section (59-67%) - Here the gameplay was actually pretty fun at some points. The problem is that there's invisible portals that the player has no warning of. Also that white line at the top could've been hidden instead of just in plain sight. It doesn't look good. I would also suggest not making sections where all you need to do is hold. Make the gameplay diverse and interesting, like the UFO part.
Wave/Cube/Ship Section (68-75%) - Overall pretty fun except for the cube transition, because there are orbs out of the field of vision, and the ship part, which is mostly just straight flying. The decoration looked much better; I liked the laser effects during the ship part and the design in the wave part.
Wave Section (76-77%) - Well....lets just say the decoration was not good. The custom background looked nice, but the actual blocks didn't match. You put black spiks and saws with rainbow blocks, which overall looked pretty bad together. There's also this one sectoin in every single pillar that is sideways instead of rightside up; a clear copy and paste.
Ship Section (78-79%) - When you enter the ship portal, the screen slides up over the custom background, and it becomes cut off, leaving half of the screen black.
UFO Section (80-82%) - This part kind of just looked rushed. It's entirely just saw spam, and the playing field is half the screen. Overall not that great in both gameplay and decoration.
Ship/Cube Section (83-89%) - The ship part looked pretty good, and the gameplay wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. The Cube Section is where in fell, because again you used the black spikes with rainbow blocks, and overall gameplay at the cube wasn't fun. There's also some inconsistent portals.
Dual Cube Section (90-93%) - More spammy gameplay, saw spam, etc.
Dual Cube/Robot Section (94-100%) - The gameplay here wasn't bad, but you could again hold most of the time.
OVERALL - Gameplay - 3/10 - Some part were good, other parts not so great. I would suggest not putting so many mirror portals, invisible portals, straight sections, etc. Always make sure there's a clear path for the player to follow. Also, the custom background at the end actually interferes with the gameplay; the black blocks push you down and different ways. Decoration - 4/10 - Many parts looked copy and pasted and overall didn't look that great. The custom backgrounds were okay. The only part that REALLY didn't look good was the black spikes with the rainbow blocks. Black and rainbow are almost polar opposites. Try using colors that blend with each other more. THat same custom BG was also used for an extend amount of time. Try making your level dynamic. Sync - 1.5/2 - Most of the parts were pretty well synced, except for maybe a few ship parts.
FINAL SCORE - 14.5/30, NI
For a first level, it's actually pretty good. Most first levels I've seen look like 1.0 levels, but yours is actually pretty decent. Just take some of these minor problems into account for your next level, and you'll do great.

Well...I started to write a review on this but JY_2000 beat me to it. I'll just post what I had so far here, because I have no reason to finish it now.
THIS IS NOT A FULL REVIEW
Robot/Cube (0%-8%): This part has some pretty basic gameplay, but it was a little strange and unvaried. The flipping orbs are a neat concept. The green and blue color combination is okay. The block design is pretty good, and somewhat varied. This section could use a bit more deco in the background and on the ground. The sync here is quite decent.
Ball (8%-21%): This is all really confusing. The key for which platforms you can land on and which you can't goes by so fast. For the longest time I thought there was no way to tell. And even with the key in mind, you can barely distinguish the colors from each other. By the time you figure out if it's red or green, you've already crashed. And in addition to that, sometimes there are ones that aren't even red or green. And sometimes the color is hidden under the ceiling/floor. For this section, I would recommend making the key a bit more obvious, making the red/green more noticeable, and only using those two colors. Also, sometimes when the platform moves, the monsters don't move with it. The custom background here is okay, though. (But overused through the level) The sync is good.
UFO (21%-35%): This looks incredible, but there isn't much going for gameplay in it. It needs to vary a bit more. The color combinations are a little weird but they do work.
Cube (35%-37%): This is a terrible transition. There's no way to know where you need to position your UFO to fall onto the orbs correctly. There's even a way to fall below the level here. You can also just skip this entirely by bringing your UFO to the top of the screen. Also, if you hit the invisible obstacles at the bottom of this white overlay, you'll see a stripe of the background, which isn't good.
Overall: This clearly had a lot of work put into it, but it just wasn't executed very well.
Also, @jy2000 you forgot to move the level. Though I think it might belong a little closer to Decent.

I didn't want to move it just in case someone disagreed. I'll move to Decent based on both reviews.
