Alright it's finally time to review this!
I agree a bit with
Cloudstar, but I'm a bit more harsh on this.
Cube part (0:00 - 0:06) - Visually, this part isn't so good, because it's kind of an eyesore to watch. Not only is blue and red some preeeetty contrasting colors, but you haven't enabled blending either, so this contrast gets too big and the objects just get too uncomfortable to look at. What I like about this part is definitely the block design. It's simple and it's original, but even here you should've enabled blending
Now what I really don't like is the signs. They contrast way too much and are just in general really ugly, and the deco coming out from the sign must also enable blending. Let's talk a bit about the custom-BG. what I like about it, is that the movement of it is really cool. However, the idea and the deco itself is just way too simple and really, really unoriginal as well. I suggest to add more layers of this deco, and please, please, enable blending, and even if the deco is covering the entire screen, it just looks really empty when you're not enabling blending because it just doesn't really fill the empty spots. I would also advice to maybe put some blocks as well, because in practice, all you'll see is just megatiny squares making the background look even emptier. I would also like more foreground decorations, because when the spikes moves up and down (I like that original movement btw), you can see how empty it is at the ground and you can see the background as well under the spikes. The gameplay is good and it syncs to the music. Maybe time the two orbs at 0:00 a bit better.
Ball + Cube part (0:06 - 0:15) - Nice! Better than the previous part. The custom-BG doesn't feel too disturbing to watch and there are less flaws here. I like the lasers syncing to the music and I also like the foreground, but you need to add more decorations here. The custom-BG must be enabled with blending, but to be honest I would not recommend a custom-BG like that because it's very unoriginal and you literally just copied and pasted the glowing-object-circles all over. You didn't even fill the entire screen and I also would recommend enabling "don't fade" on it as well. Also please add more variation to the block shapes, the same block shapes above each other doesn't look that good. The block shapes are also quite boring, try to experiment a little more on that. The block designs are still good and the gameplay is okay, and it's synced decently good to the music. Good job! Oh, and I laik dose sweg lazers 8)
Wave part (0:15 - 0:23) - I liked the atmosphere to it, it fit to the music, especially the transitions in the gravity portals, but... That's about it. I didn't like the gameplay that much because the gravity portals were placed really badly and were much harder than the rest of the level making the gameplay pretty inconsistent. The design was also not good. The block designs were very boring and the custom-BG were bland and unoriginal and needs more blending. The movement was good though. I also didn't like the decoration, both because it was copied and pasted, but also because it didn't match the custom-BG really well, it just made the part messier to be honest. So you definitely need to improve this part.
Ball + Ship Part (0:23 - 0:31) - This wasn't really good. The ball part was waaay too empty. The custom-BG was too simple and very unoriginal (and it needs blending kek), and I wish there were more... blocks in this part. Now the design is starting to get really repetitive, and I wish there were more colors than just red and blue all the time. Also, the green colors really feel out of placed when 95% is either red or blue. And you really need to have more foreground deco, glowing objects is definitely not enough. The ship part was also kinda bad. The custom-BG was unoriginal and bland, and the deco was just copied and pasted all over, and the part is just empty in general. I liked the gameplay though! It synced to the music and was quite enjoyable. The design did also sync to the music
Several Parts (0:31 - 0:39) - The gameplay here is very nice and enjoyable, and it syncs nicely to the music, great job! I kinda dislike the invisible portals though. Fair enough that you have colored the lines, but it can be hard to understand that they are actually PORTALS and not just deco, especially new players won't understand a thing. Also, that ship portal is impossible to guess, how are the player supposed to know it's a ship portal? That goes also for the robot portal! These parts are waay too empty, the block design is really boring and everything is starting to get very repetitive. Also, I really don't recommend to use invisible slabs, just make invisible blocks instead.
Wave + Cube part (0:39 - 0:47) - The wave part is very bland and boring, the decorations are just copied and pasted, and the block design is very boring and repetitive. Also, I don't get why some of the lines are purple? The gameplay is fair enough and it syncs to the music. The cube part isn't that good, the deco only consist of clouds and they need... blending... now. The gameplay in the cube part is average.
Several Parts (0:47 - end) - it's the same flaws here as well. You need to use blending, the block designs are starting to get bland and repetitive, and the gameplay is fine, but nothing that special. Especially the robot part at 0:47 is very boring. I really like the wave part's gameplay at 0:57 though!
I also really like the text font at the last part, but please add more decorations.

Gameplay: It's quite nice and enjoyable, but is a bit boring in the later parts, and I really don't like that wave part at 0:15.
Deco/Design: Like the theme, but please add blending, add more decorations, be more original and don't let it be that repetitive as it is now.
Originality: The theme is decently original, but other than that there's not much originality.
Music Sync: The level has nice music sync (explained above). Some parts are a bit off-though, but to be honest, that isn't a big problem here...

Rating: DECENT LEVELS----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not moving this yet because of conflicting reviews/opinions, but I am definitely sure that this belongs in decent.
