NOTE: I already submitted this with the form but I can't get the ID at the moment. If I get asked, I will try to find it and post it. EXTRA NOTE: This is kinda rushed. Please understand that I can't build custom BGs, and I really don't want to have to copy-and-paste some other sap's design. I stuck to cave design because any other design I do is absolute trash (no pls) Hi guys, I'm back and I finally stopped trying to star grind and decided to build a level! It's cave themed (à la Magma Caverns), and I tried to make fun gameplay. I would rate it 9 or 10 , but I'll let you guys decide!

Alright, here it is.
Gameplay - 6/10. This level had a bit of annoying gameplay. I get that you were trying to make the level difficult, but you could've adjusted the gameplay to make it more fun. But, the music sync is really good, upping the gameplay just a bit. It could definitely use improvement, though.
Design - 2/10. You stuck with the same design for the whole level, and it didn't have much to it. It mainly consisted of a couple of objects in the ground, and some clouds and whatnot in the air. You could've heavily improved, and a custom BG would've looked great in this level.
Sync - 9/10. The sync was mainly on point here. Not much to say.
Overall - 17/30. I'd put this at the lower end of decent levels. You really could've improved on design, that was my biggest pet peeve about this level. If you want any pointers on how to improve your levels, message me. Thanks!

Thanks! umm k i forgot to update my post saying i can't build custom bgs as i play mobile and they lag too much for me so that's sorted. as i said in my post, i was sticking to cave theme as my other themes would not fit at all into the level, that's why i'm better suited to making gameplay templates for others just a tip when reviewing other levels: give constructive criticism and try to make the review light-hearted. if you make entirely negative reviews (this is fine, btw) you'll come across as a bit of a dïckhead. i'm not saying this is by any means a bad review, if you gave me tips on how to improve (removing spike X, adding deco in section Y, getting rid of part S), this review would be pretty good i've just noticed that i've reviewed your review. welp, sorry. thanks for the review tho

Good gameplay. I love it, But the design is need little more decoration. So i really like, good job =)

Nice level! I'll say it's at the border of 9 and 10 stars (easy demon if so). The level is cool, but it needs a lot of work at some points and the design is just too repetitive and unoriginal. Cube part (0:00 - 0:18) - This part is decent. The deco is fine, but I find it a bit messy and very unoriginal (it's too similar to Meltdown). Especially at 0:07 - 0:09 some deco is overlapping each other making it look a bit bad. The block design is fine, but try to use foreground over the entire black blocks, or put some lines or glowing obstacles on top of it at 0:10 for example. The color combinations are fine, but unoriginal (hell-themed + Meltdown). Right at the transition at 0:17 there is almost no deco to your left. I guess it's because there are black blocks there, but it just looks very empty in that transition. The colors are very nice in the transition c: The gameplay is also decent. It's kinda fun, but there is WAY too much orb spam making the gameplay very buggy at some points, but it also prevents the auto-checkpoints. For example I do not recommend using a blue and a green orb THAT close to each other at 0:02 when you have black blocks right above you. The green orb at the green portal at 0:04-0:05 is also hard to see. The music sync is very nice, keep up the good work there Several parts (0:18 - 0:36) - Gameplay here is mostly very good! You vary gamemodes all the time and it's really fun to play. However, the gameplay at 0:21 - 0:22 is really weird... The coin path is a lot easier than the normal route and it's hard to not notice the green orb, I first thought it was the real gameplay Also there is a lot of huge and kinda ugly portals in this part. I really like that you made all the portals visible, but please make them either smaller, or/and lower the opacity on the biggest ones. Especially at the UFO part at 0:25, the gravity portals are ridiculously big. The design is practically the same as the last part, but it's good. But you must vary designs more, it's the exact same design as before and it just becomes repetitive and boring. The sync as in the last part is top notch here as well, but it's not original in any way unfortunately. Several Parts (0:36 - end) - It's pretty much the same problems as the previous parts. The gameplay is good, but imo even better than the previous parts. Not do the gameplay just sync, but it's also very fun and the portals are fair and square c: The design is still repetitive and boring though :/ Also, the last transition to ship part is very bad. The blocks just stop mid-air at 0:51 making it look very weird. Music sync is still top notch, but there's also still not much of originality. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Gameplay: Mostly very good with lots of different game modes and fun to play. However, reduce amount of orb spam and try make the gameplay more clean and easy to see. Design: Too repetitive and boring, and nothing unique + Meltdown and hell-themed-ish kinda style. You really need to vary designs more and be more clever with block designs, you only use cave designs which gets really boring after a while. The portals are also too big at certain parts as I already mentioned. So all in all the design is decent. Originality: Very little originality :/ Compared to 2.0 standards it has wonderful gameplay and it syncs extremely good which is one thing, but the design is just too unoriginal. Music Sync: No comments here, the music sync was outstanding Stars Requested: 9 - No Feature, maybe starsDECENT+
