Gameplay: For an effect level, the gameplay is pretty solid. There are very few unexpected moments in the gameplay, which makes the level more fun and fair to the player. Although the invisible portals in the last parts could potentially be frustrating, they sync very well with the music so it should be clear to the player when the speed changes will happen, even if they are invisible. One thing that could be more on is the variety of obstacles and forms. The ship, ufo, and wave before the drops lasted a bit too long, clocking in at almost 20 seconds for each of them, which can make the gameplay in those parts a bit repetitive after a while, especially since there isn't much variety in the obstacles. It was also a bit strange to find that the ball and the robot form are completely absent. Try splitting these long sections up into shorter segments that still sync with the music to change the gameplay up a bit more and make it more fun for the player. The spikes in the first UFO could also be made a bit more visible since they are very difficult to see.
Decoration: The background effects, while a tad unoriginal, are still pretty decent, and the effect at the end was actually pretty cool. The foreground decoration (blocks, spikes, sawblades, etc.) however, was lacking and made a lot of the parts look empty despite the BG deco. For the most part, the only FG deco is just blocks and spikes but not really much else. Try adding more sawblades in some parts to make it feel more full, especially in the first ship and cube part. Spike floors with their respective decoration can also make the level look more full, especially if the player should avoid touching the floor/ceiling.
Music Sync: Well-synced throughout the entire level. The transitions, cube jumps, effects, and speed changers were spot-on with the music changes. The design also complements the music very well, even the shift to the sunny design in the wave part.
Overall: Decent
