Most of the other judges have their own, so I decided to make one as well. Level Picks usually have a score of at least 58.
These are my current level picks (id, video, and other details are hidden in spoilers to make the post cleaner):

Gameplay - Really good. No random auto parts, no annoying bugs, variety in the gameplay. Good job to toto400
Decorations - I didn't like the original Electrodynamix because it was flashy af, but this level removes some of the more annoying flashes (particularly in the cube/robot parts before the triple speed ship part). I really enjoyed the design of this level, except for the fact that it still uses P1 and P2 as colors. We have infinite colors already, so there's no need to use those colors...
Music Sync - More synced than the original Electrodynamix. Nice job!
Personal Opinion - I'm a personal fan of v2 and RM levels which mix things up but still stay true to the original. This level is one of those RM/v2 levels. I really enjoyed it.
Overall - Feautre-Worthy for me

Gameplay: For a 2-3 star level, this level is very fun to play! There are very few parts which are unexpected, allowing it to be completed without practice mode. The gameplay is also very varied with different forms, mechanics, and obstacles used with little copy/pasting. The lack of some 2.0 mechanics (most notably the teleportation portal) is my only criticism here but the level still manages to be fun to play without it. It also managed to be very easy without being too slow-paced or having long periods of doing nothing. This is easy gameplay done well!
Decorations: Very good as well. The decorations and the color choices helped to create a calm and relaxing mood to the level. Although it stayed to a single theme, the level still manages to mix things up a bit, with different blocks and custom BGs being used, keeping the decoration varied and not repetitive. The level also had a few original designs, like the ball part, which really let you feel like you were in a glittering underwater place, and the cloud moving you upwards. Overall, the design and decorations of the level is simply amazing and contribute to the "glittering shore" theme of the level.
Music Sync: The transitions and the decorations were well-synced with the music. The sync of the cube and the ball could have been done better but it's not bad. Also, the design of the level itself really fits well with the music and they both create a relaxing and glittery atmosphere in the level.
Overall: Definitely Feature-Worthy, but I'm moving this to Level Picks because I love it

Gameplay
For an effect level, the gameplay here is great. While it's not especially creative or original, it's fast-paced, fair, and most importantly, fun to play. Even if some of the decorations can get a bit bright at times, it's still easy enough to see the obstacles (except for maybe some moments in the first cube/robot) and there are no effects that mess with the FOV. There are no unfair moving obstacles and there are enough transitions and mechanics used to keep the gameplay, such as the use of slopes in the robot/cube part. There's also a fast-paced second half that gives the level a nice burst of energy.
The only thing I found strange was the absence of the ball form, although it doesn't mar the rest of the gameplay that much.
Overall, the gameplay is solid and fair in respect to the player, which is really all an effect level needs.
Score: 17/20
Decorations
Decorations in the level are superb, even for an effect level. The first two effects are fresh takes on the overused "rainbow BG" concept, like being able to see the BG move into the screen, block by block in the UFO/ship part or the parallax moving structure in the first cube/robot. The cube part has my favorite effect in the level; it's a bit simple but really amazing to look at and very atmospheric as well. Block design isn't exactly impressive but the effects make up for it. The colors are very good as well, with only a few fleeting moments where they're a bit too bright for comfort. Overall, the effects in the level are truly wondrous, even by effect level standards.
Score: 20/20
Music Sync/Flow
Although the video is a bit laggy, it's clear that the transitions and cube/robot parts are well-synced to the music. Atmosphere of the design of the level is also very much in line with the happy and cute tone of the music.
The design of the level manages to stay consistent throughout the entire level but still varied enough to keep it interesting. Gameplay also transitions well from part to part with no segment feeling out of place. Great job here.
Score: 20/20
Overall: 57/60 Possible Legendary* Definitely Feature-Worthy
Putting this as one of my Level Picks since I find it absolutely amazing
*Still needs approval from other judges

Gameplay
The level has very fun gameplay that seems reminiscent of 1.9 levels. No unexpected/hard to see obstacles and no bugs as far as I can tell. Gameplay is mixed up often with frequent portal transitions, different obstacles, and mechanics. I liked the way slopes were used from 32-49% to create some nice obstacle structures.
The only thing I'd suggest is to use more 2.0 gameplay elements (like moving obstacles and teleportals) to spice up the gameplay even more. Be sure, though, that they don't end up making the gameplay frustrating or unexpected.
Decoration
Although it was simple, I adored the design. Color choices were great, with many parts having two colors that worked well together. Block design makes good use of standard blocks, decorations, and slabs to create some appealing designs. The decoration placement was also very organized and clean. The custom BGs were simplistic but helped build the atmosphere of the level. Finally, I loved how you used the pulsing objects in the level to make it more lively and the text to create the pointing arrows.
The last 30% had the best design in the level IMO. All the things I mentioned above were present and executed best in this segment.
Music Sync
Transitions, color changes, and jumps were all well-synced to the music. The design of the level fit the music pretty well, too.
Overall
Gameplay is fun but could use some more 2.0 gameplay mechanics, and I absolutely love the design. Level Picks, Feature-Worthy
