I’ve noticed that when somebody makes a thread in General Discussion that belongs in the Lounge (for example, what is your favorite cheese), the only replies are
OMG MODS LOCK THIS PlEASE
GeNral DiScUsIOn! Rely??!?!?
and they don’t add to the thread or help anything.
Ideally, lounge-worthy threads should be taken normally even if misplaced because the staff will eventually notice it. They aren’t stupid.
So we should enforce a rule that says that you shouldn’t report misplaced threads.
