Peridot told me in the level judges chat that I had a 20% warning.
He double checked and suddenly I had a 35% warning. This makes no sense, since last time HE checked I had a 20% warning.
Mr Peridot was promoted for mod a few days ago and at that time I had a 20% warning (apparently). Now I have a 35% warning.
What I dont get, is why I havent recieved a SINGLE notification or message from a moderator telling me why I got the warning.
I need to know WHY did I get a warning in the first place.
Why didnt a moderator tell me why?
Honestly, this is a very sloppy job from the moderators side. Personally, I think that whenever someone gives a warning: They should be notified about it and get a reason why they got it in the first place.
I can only think of two reasons why I got my warning.
1. Harrassing a forum member.
2. Showing a way to glitch the leaderboard ranking back (When the banning system is glitched regardless.)
Suggestion:
Tell me why I got the warning.
ALWAYS message the warned person about reasons and what not.
Let users see their percentage.

Just PM the other mods and admins about this, no need to make a thread :/ The thing is, I'm not the only one that has encountered this. Horizon had the same problem. I already PM'ed the mods but I want people to see that this system isnt gonna work unless they actually do something about it. After all: This is in the correct section - Forum Suggestions. This is my suggestion to the staff that they need to not do a slopppy job when warning people and actually give reasoning behind it. Sure, I didnt have to make a thread. But It's up now and it isnt getting deleted by me atleast. |

I have no clue why you were warned, and there's nothing in your Staff Notes. If you didn't get a notification then ProBoards glitched out on you, it usually sends a notification to your profile automatically.
EDIT: Actually, I found this in your Staff Notes: "Bypassing auto-ban system isn't something good, so be glad that you ain't banned on the forums. - Issued: Jan 30, 2016 at 9:55PM"
I guess you got your 20% warning on January 30th. I have no idea why it was changed to 35% though.

Weird, when I got a 10% warning I got a notification about it and a message for what the warning was for.

Solution : Don't do warning-worthy things ( ͡° ͜ ͡°) I got a warning for joking around like I usually do, but it was in a serious topic so I guess that's why I got the warning. |
