This would be a cool level in 1.8, but since we're in 2.0... Uhh...

Gameplay: Great! I love it! 4.2/5
Decoration: Very plain, kinda boring... Seeing as we're in 2.0 anyways. 1.3/5
Originality: I've seen a lot of RobTop styled levels, so, no. 1.7/5
Atmosphere: I felt like I was genuinely playing a RobTop level! 3.8/5
Music Sync: The beginning had some music sync, and the rest of the level was synced perfectly! 3.7/5

Surprise! You got into the Decent Levels section, and so close to the Good Levels section too!
I'd say this is a high-end Decent.
