I think it´s just about "Time" to review this Level now. Sorry, I had do that one, but in all Seriousness, this Level is great, but there are a few Things here and there. Let´s start.
First Cube and Ship Sections: The Cube gives the Level a really nice starting Atmosphere for the Level, so the Player knows what it´s about. A small Thing I´ve noticed here, is when you jump at a certain Point in this Section, you can dislodge the Things that are supposed to follow you a bit from you. I guess you should go and fix that. You should have also continued the Glow along the Ground into the Ship Section though, I think that would look better. As for the Ship Section itself, that Custom BG is gorgeous! I´ve rarely ever seen one with so much Detail honestly. And even while there is not really much happening here, you´re still amazed by the Design of this Part when playing it.
Second Cube: This Section looks incredibly good again, aside for a few Things. One is, that you forgot to out the 45° Corner Pieces on the Slope. It looks so much better with that, please add that. Then, as far as the Gameplay goes, the Slope Jump kinda ruins it, as it is somewhat precise, and you basically can´t get it on your first Attempt, which differs from the Rest of the Level. Aside from this, I love this Section, you put a lot of Work into it I see.
First Ball: This Section lags a whole Bunch on Mobile, Holy. I suggest you add LDM at the Beginning of the Level, as this Level does have a lot of Objects generally. I also have a Suggestion for the Custom BG here, which kinda bothered me. Instead of using the same Number 3 Times on every Side, why not use all 12 once? Minor Critic Point, but I kinda wanted to mention it.
The Gameplay here is pretty good, though some Orbs have to be hit at a specific Time in Order for them to work. Maybe you could do some small Adjustments on that. Other than that, this is wonderful once again!
UFO:(Last Section): Uh, wonderful Custom BG once again, but from the Gameplay and Deco here, I do see a LOT of Copy + Pasting. There is basically only this one Type of Pillar in the entire Section, and it´s Copy + Pasted over and over and over and over and over again. You could definetely add some more Variations here, like using a different Type of Pillars and Blocks, or maybe making this one look different everytime.
Gameplay: 9.4/10 Generally very good, minor Flaws are listed above like the Slope Jump and the Ball Orbs, but it feels very good and fun.
Music Sync: 8.3/10 I can´t exactly judge on this, because like mentioned, my Phone lags a lot in the Ball Part, and always desyncs the Music a bit, but from what I´ve seen, it´s pretty standard. One Thing I especially suggest here though, is making the Clocks sync to the Music. Instead of using the rotating Things, you could have made actual Clockwork Pointers,(Or whatever the Name is in English ;3;) and used Toggle Triggers to simulate moving. This can be a lot of Work, but it does pay out for sure.
Design and Deco: 9.4/10 The Level obviously scores very high here with these gorgeous Custom BGs, and is very nicely decorated generally, though I think you could have done more with the first Ship and the Last UFO.
Originality: 9.1/10 I guess we´ve had this Idea partially before, but I´ve never seen someone make an actual Level out of it, so I guess it is very good.
Extras: 9.1/10 The Level is lacking a few Things that should be there, like LDM for this kind of Level, it does feature some Copy + Pasting here and there, but overall the Style of the Level is really well done, and it feels very nice. Also, please fix the Bug mentioned all the Way at the Top, as it does follow you throughout nearly the entire Level as well. And lastly, there is the Fact that the Level is somewhat short, because I guess you somewhat tried to stretch it with the last UFO Part, which is never a good Decision to make.
Score: 45.3/50 or 9.06/10,

I think that this is Feature-Worthy because of the insane Amount of Effort obviously put into it, but there is still way to go. I´ll let someone else review this too, maybe then we can decide whether it deserves Feature or not.
