Hi, I just made a new level called A New Dawn (18208646) and I was hoping someone would be willing to view it! I feel like its a fairly-decent level and a little publicity would be nice. Thanks!

I'll review this...
Gameplay: Not that great, some parts are extremely confusing and moving objects in the ball section are very unpredictable. This didn't affect much though, since that section is so short. 2.6/5
Decoration: The start is absolutely stunning, but the robot/cube sections are boring. However, the wave/UFO was beautiful. It is quite hard to predict transitions though thanks to the flash. The last ship section felt really rushed and boring. It could've been better. 3.5/5
Originality: A lot of this level reminds me of Metamorphosis, especially the chains. It's still quite original in the gameplay though. 2.5/5
Atmosphere: This level was fun and quite nicely done. It's not boring nor bland. However, it can still be improved by a lot. 2.7/5
Music Sync: The music sync in this level was quite good actually, no need to say much more. 4.3/5
Total score is 15.6/25 or 62.4/100.
Belongs in Good Levels section.
Whew, you just barely made it, two less points then you're in the Decent Levels section.

I agree a bit with this, but I would also like to add some more: Gameplay really needs work. Too much invisible portals, everything from the robot part and to the rest of the level is too unpredictable. Design wasn't the best, but it was pretty nice. It really fit to the song though so good job with that  It's pretty original I would say and the sync is good. If you could just make the portals more visible or create custom-portals or something that will at least notify the player of the upcoming orbs and portals it will make this level much better. For now it's high-end decent for me, but if you update this level by making the gameplay more fun I might move it to good. Moving this to decent. |
