THIS. 100% There are too many useless staff right now. (No Offense) i can name all of them: Mods: Tundra, Tygrysek, iFresterNoch, Glittershroom, Hinds, and uh... GeoStorm Admins: Zobros, Michigun Owner: Viprin Zob is active. All he needs to do is do admin related things. In fact, I don't think I've seen Any admins do admin related things. As far as I can tell, they're just buffed up mods. I know they have more privledges, such as making new groups and such, but I haven't seen Even the good admins, such as sigma do literally anything a mod can't already do. Also, I still think rob should be an admin. He is the entire reason this forum exists. |

Yeah, the mods aren't doing anything. I doubt there will ever be a change uh...you know we are not allowed to warn people/ban people until the decision is unanimous? The only thing I do is run around locking threads after being requested so and after a necro, but I'm so slow that other mods have already done it before me ;A; I'm sorry I'm a failure as a mod ;A; |

It seems there is a lot of drama about the Administrators and Moderators over here. I think that there should be at least 1 active Mod for each board, and like 2-4 active Administrators. I don't know about any other positions, but I mean what other positions do you need? Administrators alone can do so much; unless you wanted to split certain tasks into separate positions. For example, I actually created a forum in 2014, and made a "Monitor" position, which was basically a lower-level Moderator. Monitors couldn't move threads, but they could warn members and pin, lock, and delete threads. But really, any Mod or Admin who knows what they're doing and is active enough, and has the right intentions can do it all.

The mods have been saying they are "working on it" for like 4 months and absolutely nothing has been done. I doubt anything will be done in the future.

All us mods can do is lock/move/delete threads, edit the censored words, and ban/warn people. We can't do stuff like promote people to mods and move boards; only admins can. And I can assure you that changes ARE being made (or at least discussed) but it's up to the owners to actually implement them. |
