Why, he proves himself to be responsible, even before getting mod, are you sure you aren't just paranoid :/ Responsible, yes. Tolerant, yes. however i still have to see him being anywhere he's called for, as he rarely comes to the mod taggings and even rarely says anything on the skype group, so if we implement something or plan to do it he'll be left behind until someone tells him. Im not particularly active on Skype in general, maybe it's just my tomezonenbut I always seem to miss whenever you guys are discussing things. Sorry about that :p but what do you mean by "rarely comes to the mod taggings"? I usually don't get a notification or what I wanted to say/do has already been said/done. |

I have a few ideas. First of all, the level judges that are staying have to prove they are good enough. The inactive judges should either become active, or leave because inactive judges aren't useful at all. Second of all, the list editors need a big reinforcement. Again, inactive ones need to be removed, and a few more active ones need to be added. Please don't ONLY look at the hard demon list, there are many more lists. The mods. Many of the mods are inactive and are only there because of their community position. Mods that are active on skype but not the forums should not be kept. Skype is NOT the forums, so that shouldn't be an excuse for never being on here. New members that post constructively need to be recruited.The admins. The best mods should be promoted to admins. Please don't hate, just a few ideas. 1.- We take some of the reports into skype, so we can discuss things outside of the PCs. 2.- The thing is, that kind of members here do not exist, or last for a few minutes until going full dumbasses. Being active on Skype doesn't mean being active on the forums. The mods shouldn't just post on the Skype chat but instead should also post, or even LOG ON to show that they care about the forum and are worthy of their position. |

Uh...what do you consider as being active or not? Do you judge it by how much we post or how often we come online? Because I look at the reports a lot but I don't post as much soooo.....am I inactive or what

We're aware a lot of staff are active but don't post like Shocksidian and iFresternoch i'd rather be less active inside the forums rather than outside, as we can discuss over things more in depth and messaging inside proboards clearly failed from the start, and ignorant mods would come asking at the last second "wait when did we modified that rule?", Starz0r is an important part of the upcoming new forum so pointing him out is the worst thing to do, Shocksidian is active but doesn't usually post in this kind of threads. |

I dunno, I was offline and I don't know of the post was edited but it was locked when I got there And I'm not saying anything is wrong with Shocksidian or iFresternoch, I'm just saying that they are examples of active staff who don't post. As you said we do have some unneeded staff like Tundra (i heard he quit), Zobros (no offense to him but he's just there, I don't see why he is staff), Viprin (same thing as zobros), and why is Rob still admin, he doesn't go online, and when he was active, he was usually a guest |

I don't actually understand why these changes aren't made yet. It's been a problem for a while...too bad most of the owners and admins are in fact inactive most of the time. Some of the staff say that it'll be done when the new forum arrives but that still isn't confirmed, not to mention that none of us really know when it's going to happen.
I do agree that Ryan, Mega and Cuki should be admin tho. Also if any owner happens to read this, please unmod GeoStorm, that joke is over now ;3;
