This level wasn't that good to be honest :/ Design and decorations as you mention needs a lot of work and for an everyday standard 2.0 level this is not good enough. Gameplay is fine, but as Artsy mentions it doesn't sync all the time and in my opinion it's not that fun. You do vary gamemodes and you don't have these long repetitive parts which is good. You also show a lot of concepts or ideas, but the problems is that these concept and ideas isn't really that good. This level isn't exactly that original either and just all in all needs a lot of work. I'll review this level part by part so you can get maximum amount of improvement for your future levels
First cube part: needs a lot of work. The design is way too empty and I wish there were more decoration and design in the background as well or a custom-BG. The deco you use is placed very weirdly and I do not suggest putting that kind of deco right above the blocks in your future levels. Also the blocks you use's lines are very disorganized and looks messy. You've putten square lines in every block, while I think the best solution here is to place rectangles instead. You need to sync the gameplay more with the music. The gameplay doesn't fit to the music that good and probably should've been made better as Artsy mentioned. The gameplay is fine, but it's a bit boring with 0.5x speed and the moving block was a bit annoying in the start. The black blocks which connects all the blocks should have deco on top of it. Also I suggest making the BG darker because then it doesn't show so easily that the part is a bit empty. Also BG and ground stays the same color throughout the entire part and probably should have some flashes which goes to the music.
Wave part: This part doesn't sync at al, and the obstacles are just copied and pasted all over. Add variations

Block usage is very boring as it's only one block type all along and the black blocks on top of it should be fully connected and added some deco on top of it. There is only one type of deco in the background, resulting as a very empty part. Please add more deco like clouds, chains or glowing objects and make them an another color than player color as the color can be too blended out with the BG. Gameplay is boring.
Mini-Ball part: The transition from wave to ball part here is incomplete. Can you see that there is no black blocks over and under the black spikes/ground? Please fill in with black blocks to make the transition better. Design in this part isn't that good and it's almost the same as the previous part. Try not to use a so empty and so repetitive design in your future levels. Also the circular objects swirling around the orbs should NOT be player color as they get too blended in with the BG and clashes with the too bright gear decos. The sudden moving blocks at one of those platforms is very unfair and the player should've been warned about this and got more time to react. Try adding an exclamation park over it for example. Gameplay is ok synced, but this can be heavily improved. Gameplay was alright, nothing that interesting plus the annoying sudden death moving objects as I mentioned.
Mini-UFO part: This part is way too empty. You use only one type of deco as I mentioned and please choose a different color than white. White usually doesn't really fit easily in levels, so I suggest using other colors in the future. The gears are too close to each other and should either be moved more separate from each other, or just make normal blocks that kills the player instead (which is connected). Gameplay is alright I guess. Please also add deco at the black blocks under.
Mini-Ship Part: Designwise it's the same critiques above, but please use correct line features. Do NOT make square lines all over, make them more connected. Also use the right brick blocks that are connected to each other and not just added separately together making it a mess. The gear-ish decos should not be player colors as mentioned earlier. Also the gameplay is a bit hard and repetitive.
Second cube part: I like the moving blocks and it's very fun AFTER some memorization. Please give the player more time to react to the moving blocks as it just adds to the frustration. This part is way too empty decowise and it's generally the same critiques mentioned above. Also I suggest making more gameplay on this part instead of so many gravity portals and the part has no music sync at all. Gameplay is a bit fun.
Ship part: This part is pretty bad and need some memorization as well. There is only gears and a monster that is things that can kill you. Please make more blocks and vary the block usage a lot more than this. The monster was a mistake adding. You don't get to understand what it's meant to do and you don't know if it's going to shoot lasers at you or just flying into you (which it does...). Please warn the player about this or just remove it (imo just remove it). Also the player should have got more time to react for the x/-> part. The transition between this and the ball part needs to be improved. The triangle blocks in between needs to be filled, since it looks too empty and pretty ugly.
Ball part: Nice gameplay but there is no design at all and only some swirling objects around the orbs. Add more blocks and decorations/design. Not much to say here because the part is just too empty.
Robot part: I like that you use a lot of portals here, but the gameplay is annoying, music sync is not good enough and the design clearly needs work as it is too empty. no BG flashes and way too bright BG. Also it's impossible to predict that you don't need to jump at that point. Please warn the player about this :/
Ending: Too empty and I have no idea how to get past 97%
Gameplay: 5/10 - Gameplay looks fun some places and I like in the middle parts that you vary gamemodes and bring a lot of concepts/ideas. There still is loads of room for improvement. Try make the gameplay more fun and fit it to the music.
Design: 1.8/10 - Almost no deco at all, design is too repetitive and too blended in/bland/too bright color combinations. Clearly needs more improvement and I suggest watch/play some featured levels or feature-worthy levels here at the forums or watch some tutorials like GD Creator School series by TriAxis on YouTube
Originality: 2/10 - Almost no originality in design and gameplay is pretty uncreative. Certainly something I haven't exactly seen before, but not in a that good way.
Music Sync: 2/10 - First part is a bit synced I guess and some transitions as well, but no BG flashes, gameplay needs a lot of work, and design could have fit a lot better to the music. Clearly needs improvement here.
Overall Score: 2.2/10 - Level is too empty and the ending doesn't make sense
Level needs a lot of improvement, but the only thing you can do is to improve ~
