Give the judges some time. They already have to review tons of levels everyday and if they don't get to you within a few days don't say you were "Ignored"
Now I'm not a level judge but this is my review:

Design - 9/10
The design is pretty good and well detailed, although some copy+paste is relevant. I like the part in the end with your use of the background objects.

Gameplay - 7.5/10
For the most part the gameplay is fun and isn't annoying. However, there are a few notable bugs (especially in the ball section). I also would have liked to seen a faster part of the level, just to make it a bit more exciting and appealing. The music sync works well in some parts, and the coins are not distracting in the level.

Originality - 8.5/10
The design is original for the majority of the level, shouldn't go too much in detail for this.

Overall: 8.5/10 - Low deserves feature. Good job!

Rating System Info:
I start at 5 for every level. From there, I make a list of pros and cons, and add or subtract points based on how bad or good that pro or con is. I judge based on five main categories, which I decribe here: pastebin.com/zpJEzF9p
Using this method, I give the level a final score out of 10.
0-3.99: Needs Improvement
4-5.99: Decent
6-7.99: Good
8-10: Feature Worthy

OK so I played your level and I approve Xedron's review. Although I do not think it is perfect, it is probably High-Rateable to Low-Feature Worthy. Moving.
