Im no level judge but I like the difficulty but i would suggest to include a custom background. In my thoughts, as in 2.0 ratings, rub only rates levels with atleast 20K objects and a custom background unless rub is drunk

Gameplay: Looks like a fun level. Fast-paced, many different forms and obstacles. Some parts are a bit on the repetitive side (like the first ship part) though. Also, you should use more 2.0 gameplay elements besides the green orb. You can create more interesting gameplay using tele portals, robot mode, and even moving obstacles (just don't make them annoying), so be sure to add those elements in to make the levels more fun and interesting.
Decorations: I think you struggled here. The colors is the most notable problem with the decorations. Some are just too saturated and bright. Try ticking the "Use blending" option for them so that they will blend more with the background and look less saturated. Also, some of the decoration is very disorganized, with lots of empty spots while other spots are crammed with deco. The deco should be spaced out more to make it more organized and not messy. The block choice is alright except for the ball part at 34%-38%, where the blocks need to be filled since they look pretty empty. Also, some unfilled portions of blocks can be seen in some sections (like in 34%, at the top) so be sure to fill those in. Finally, spike floors should be used rather than invisible spikes in the parts which use the invisible spikes and decoration should be added to them.
Music Sync: Transitions were synced, cube parts were semi-synced. Not much I can say here :/
Overall: Decent for me.
btw the @ judges tag doesn't work for...some...reason.
