Okay, review time!
Gameplay score: 3/4, gameplay really looks pretty good, not much I can say about it. Music Sync: 0.7/1, also can't say Deco Score: 1/6. Personally, I found the deco way too messy. The level is way too up in your face. If you can't find where you are easily, it's a big problem, and I think that it's hard to tell what's going on. The other issue is that you depended too much on the custom background. Custom backgrounds can't be your only decoration, and while they can make decorating the rest of the level a lot easier, you can't depend on them completely. If you delete the custom background, your left with just brick blocks and spikes, basically.
Total score: 4.7/10.

MY OPINION The level is very flashy and confusing, which ruins the gameplay a bit. The effects were nice but you should make them more passive.
DESIGN AND EFFECTS: 8.4/10 GAMEPLAY: 8.5/10 MUSIC SYNC: 9/10
FINAL RESULT: 8.6/10 Good Level

0 - 4.9 = Needs Improvement 5.0-7.4 = Decent Level 7.5-8.9 = Good Level 9.0-10.0 = Feature - Worthy

Gameplay: Not too bad, but the decoration makes it VERY hard to see what you're doing. Especially in the parts with the flashy custom BG, it's almost impossible to see the obstacles. The parts where the deco wasn't distracting was good though. I liked the fast-paced, Xaro-style gameplay, but the deco made it difficult to see what you were doing in some parts.
Decorations: Pretty bad IMO. Some parts were very epileptic and messy, while some parts just felt empty. The parts with the custom BG were too flashy and hurts my eyes just by looking at it. Those parts definitely need to be toned down a lot in terms of flashiness. The color choices need improvement too; some of them were too saturated and the rainbow color scheme wasn't aesthetically pleasing and only made it more epileptic. The non-custom BG parts, on the other hand, felt very empty, especially in comparison to the other parts. Try to balance out the deco more, so that the decorated parts are less messy and flashy and the empty parts are more decorated.
Music Sync: The transitions and deco were mostly synced, but the cube & ball jumps weren't.
Overall: The deco was just too flashy and messy, to the point where it interfered with the gameplay. Decent
