I tried playing this in GD to actually give my gameplay section some thickness, but I ended up wasting 20 minutes failing miserably through the level.
Gameplay: Not bad. The wave section is pretty nice, but the ball section is actually pretty annoying. The orbs often cause death by spinning spike for no reason, and they end up requiring lots of complicated timings that are frustrating to play through. The transition from ball to ship isn't the best because there isn't enough time to adjust gamemodes, but that should be an easy fix. The last cube section took up too much space as well and had basically no gameplay- you could either shorten it or give the player something to do. Other sections were a little simple, but at least they weren't too boring; try syncing the gameplay more to the music so players can feel engaged in the level. (8/10)
Decoration: Most parts seemed empty; some parts required more in the background (like the wave, cube) while others required more in the foreground (like the robot, UFO). Overall, you want the screen to always look "full" with a blend between actual objects and decorations you can pass through- adding (spinning) spikes, floating blocks will help fix most areas that are lacking foreground decorations. The background pulsing circles also got extremely repetitive after the first 40%-ish, you're going to have to spend more effort instead of copy/pasting things. However, I liked the fact that it had a pretty nice variety of blocks used throughout. (6/10)
Technical: Music sync was pretty decent, although like said earlier, the gameplay could have been synced better in certain areas (like the UFO). The robot sync was almost spot-on though. Colours got repetitive after a while, that's why rainbow-changing colours aren't usually a good idea unless you plan to only have them for a certain section that's slightly different from the others. (7/10)
TOTAL: (7/10) - Decent Levels

TOTAL: (7/10) - Decent Levels I agree. The decoration, while alright, needs to be more balanced all throughout and less repetitive. And the teleportation portals used in every transition was a bit annoying. Moving to Decent
