This is review of: Singularty by Milesman34
Gameplay (1.5/4): The cube and ball part look fun, the gameplay is very fair. However everything after the drop falls way below that standard; just dodging floating spikes for over half a minute is not very fun, and switching modes doesn't really help with that. Next time put some effort into it, instead of just copy/pasting everything. If the whole level had gameplay like the beginning, the score would be 2.5 or 3.
Decoration (1.5/3): The ball and cube part are about average, nice greyscale design (the sparkles look kinda weird but thats just my opinion). The custom background after the drop looks really cool, but its coolness starts to stale after seeing it for so long, barely changing at all. The lack of structure (only floating spikes) and use of way heavy copy-paste really dampens the luster of that cool effect. Structure and blocks usually make wave/ship/ufo parts more fun, but they also make it look much better too. Remember, doing one thing right doesn't mean that whole section is done.
Musical Affinity (1.5/3): The decoration effects are very well synced to the music, including the background flashes and the effect after the drop. That is done excellently, well done. The theme of the level also matches the style of the music to me, so I like that. The gameplay is lacking in this factor though, the ball and cube are synced only weakly and the wave/ufo/ship after the drop have none at all. Again, I blame copy/paste for this. Originality (1x): Nothing much to say here, kinda annoyed to see overused sparkles but the cool effect after the drop made up for it.
Overall (4.5/10): This belongs in Decent. You are clearly a good builder based on what you did with the first half of the level. I just think you got a little lazy with the second half, and copy/paste will always ruin a level if used excessively. Keep that in mind for next time, I'm sure you can do much better :D

It started off good with some simple flashing effects then we got to the drop which has some good effects, but lasts WAY too long. It's over half of the level and the music sync in almost nonexistent. I don't know what too say, it's just really lazy and too much use of copy paste. 5/10 decent

MY OPINION
This level has quite good effects. But that's it. The music syncs seems to work well on the effects, but not on the player's action. 85% of the level is just a section which follows up the player. The gameplay is very shoddy. You should focus more on these two things.
DESIGN AND EFFECTS: 8.2/10 GAMEPLAY: 6.7/10 MUSIC SYNC: 4.8/10
FINAL RESULT: 6.5/10 Decent Level
My reference of reviewing:
0 - 4.9 = Needs Improvement 5.0-7.4 = Decent Level 7.5-8.9 = Good Level 9.0-10.0 = Feature - Worthy

Design/Decoration: Good effects, but there was too much copy-and-paste, specifically after the drop. I liked the cube and the ball parts, but the rest of the level had no change of design (other than the transition to wave). It was the same design until the end, which dropped your score by a lot. Again, the first two parts were pretty good. My only complaint about those parts was that the decorations felt a bit too clustered and compressed. Overall, the level looked polished, but there was too much copy-and-paste in the level. 6/10 for design, 6/10 for decoration.
Gameplay: The gameplay was alright in the beginning but got stale after the drop. After the drop, it was just dodging "clouds", which felt boring, even with the vehicle transitions. You should vary the design and gameplay a bit so that it's like the beginning. 5/10.
Music/Decoration sync: Decoration sync was very good. It synced with the music perfectly, but for the actual music sync, it was non-existent most of the time. The transitions didn't feel right because it didn't feel like the area where it should have transitioned, like the ball part. The ball part transitioned too early, which is why it didn't really feel like it sync with the song. Overall, decoration sync was great, but you should work on the music sync. ((10+1)/2)/10=5.5/10.
Overall, it was an alright level, but you should limit copying-and-pasting a bit and work on the music sync and gameplay, especially the ending. (6+6+5+5.75)/4)/10=5.6875/10=Decent level.
