I have a question. What are some of the hardest rhythm games (specifically games like StepMania and require you to tap each note, like osu!mania)?

Osu! is probably harder. Look up Freedom Dive or The Big Black

Levels like Silent Clubstep are probably in a top 10 for some of the hardest custom levels ever made in a game; it depends on the levels that you're talking about as Geometry Dash has a broad range of difficulties  |

You can't just compare games and say "this game is harder" if you want to include custom levels. The mechanics in every game can be used to create something that's literally impossible, it entirely depends on what the players do, not the game itself.
