I hope the nonsense lounge well be back again, But I want it to be somewhat like this.
1-The nonsense lounge should not be visable at first! so that the new members well not see anything bad at first! However If someone wants to see the nonsense lounge he can maybe go to --> Edit profile --> Settings --> Uncheck No nonsense lounge!
2-Posts shouldn't count in there! because the stupid stuff are in there and why would you be able to raise a rank just from many stupid posts?
3-The "Report" button is disabled! because nonsense stuff are in there! The trash stupid threads that used to be in other boards will go in there and there would be no benefit whatsoever if there was a report button in the nonsense lounge posts!
Edit1:Well there are some rules that really needs to NOT be broken {Look at EDIT2} so maybe we could see some nice people that post in the lounge, see how good the posts of these people! And if they were good enough we can maybe add them as mods on the nonsense lounge only!
The "report" button should work again! But those mods are the only ones who can see these reported posts so they can maybe lock/delete the bad thread and warn the guy that created it so if he got warned twice! That mod can talk to an admin to ban him!
4-No notifications! it's the nonsense lounge so if I tagged somebody famous or somebody that hates this place, he well definitely ignore it, but maybe we can do an option that if someone wants to see the notifications in there he can do it by Edit profile --> settings --> Uncheck no notifications from the nonsense lounge!
5-No rules! well this used to be in the old nonsense lounge but of course since you're in the nonsense lounge do whatever you want in there! There will be no rules!
EDIT2: Some rules should not be broken and those ones are
No racism!
No hack promoting!
No harassing!
No inappropriate posts! like p0rn and h3nt4i.
NO DRAMA!
I chose these rules because if they were broken the nonsense lounge will be a horrible horrible place, some people want to have fun in there! Not get tired from being in there!
Ok I improved it again so that maybe it'll be better now?

This however, is just outstandingly horrendous. In the highly unlikely event of a nonsense lounge being created, points 3 and 5 simply wouldn't work. It doesn't matter whether it's a nonsense lounge or a very serious part of the forum, certain things should not be accepted. We don't need unnecessary flame wars or racism (among other things), and not only will a nonsense lounge encourage these things, but having no rules will ultimately cause them and having no report button means they would take a while before they are dealt with. If you want to break the rules, go on another horrendous forum where there aren't any and you'll see just how ghastly they are. |

The rules which I meant to be broken was like the necro-posting and the double-posting and stuff like that! I really didn't mean to say break ALL The rules! The no racism and the no harassing rules are in almost every forum (which is why I forgot about them) so maybe there could be a group of nice mods on that board only where they can see who's trying to be racist or who's trying to make a war in they could take this guy down? And maybe that report button should work but that group of nice mods are the only ones who can see the reported posts and do something about it. |

To be honest "be the last to have reposted for 24h" is basically the nonsense lounge at this point and as a bonus it fits the rules that you described here
