Honestly, we need to give more people permission to lock threads cuz many useless threads drama threads or necroposts happen when most mods are offline ;3;)/ : the key to success and for a better forum experience. Those kind of people should be mods*materializes in the thread* Howdy! But anyway, the moderation around here is fine. Just a few inactives. |

Those kind of people should be mods also we need more mods in different places of the world like me so they can do their job when the other mods are asleep/inactive but yeah the forum is fine for the most part |

maybe replace some of the inactive woth active people, but the mods tat are active are pretty fine Just the fact of giving permissions isn't, and shouldn't be a thing when we got more mods than needed, we got enough mods as of now, and about time zones, i proposed that but nobody did anything neither even thought about doing so in the first place, so good luck with that. Im soon going to be less active than usual, i got some breathing problems related to my personal issues, and im at the beach, waiting for things to dissapear. |

This forum has the best moderators I have seen to date. For you to be saying that moderators need to be doing a better job seriously surprises me, but perhaps that's due to my track record of finding the worst forums in the entire world because of constant flame wars, spam, adbots etc. I personally don't find the need for moderators needing to do their job better. There are a large number of them for a forum of this size, there is almost always at least one online at any given moment, and most drama is normally dealt with quickly and efficiently. And besides, this forum has a very low rate of spam (depending on what you define as spam), drama or inappropriate activity. I've said it before, things are just fine. The only thing I can see that possibly may need sorting is the removal of inactive moderators. NICE JOKE FRIEND EDIT: But in all seriousness, most of the admins/mods are not familiar with actual moderator experience. I doubt any of the mods have actually governed a real forum as a mod/admin, so I'd say they're inexperienced. 1) Nobody simply starts out with mod/admin experience. By that logic, nobody should have ever been mod in any forum because they lacked experience. 2) Even if we are, as you call it, "inexperienced", then what does it matter? Everyone except you agrees that the current mods and admins are doing a fine job, regardless of previous experience. |

No, this is not a drama thread. I am just saying that some of the moderators on here need to do their job better. They need to lock threads that are spammish, delete posts that are unnecessary, and keep the forum safe. I feel like that is not happening right now. More and more users keep joining, which means more spam, more inappropriate threads that contain only DELETED IMAGE cuz of kinda spooky material - Cookie some moderators are fine, but ZeCookie is the one who I think is least moderatorish. (sorry cook) I find that most of his posts are spam, spam and spam. He still is a great person, but I don't think he is helping our community. My prediction is that this forum is going to get stranger and more inappropriate.Notice that the word some is italicized. |

I think the staff right now is fine, for the most part.
