Alright, I got these results with my experiments.
Slow: 8.4 blocks per second (Initial estimate: 8.5)
Default: 10.5 blocks per second
Green: 12.6 blocks per second (Initial estimate: 12.5)
Pink: 14.7 blocks per second
Both the default and pink speeds were my initial estimates, so after finding out the multipliers, I determined that even increments are between each speed. Here's the multipliers relative to default:
Slow: 0.8x
Default: 1.0x
Green: 1.2x
Pink: 1.4x
You see where I'm getting at? I predict the new one to be 16.8 blocks per second, or 1.6x.

Yes, I know, you guys are trying to figure out what the speed actually will be, but with such diverse results from all of you, the only way to find out is to wait and see when the update comes.
