Great level! Here are some of the good qualities of the level:

Love the awesome usage of moving objects
Advanced 2.0 decorations, art, and design
Decent music sync
Custom backgrounds
Awesome boss fight
Lots of colors

Here are some of the qualities that could be improved:

Too much invisible portals
Encountered slight bugs that need fixing
Too many constant flashing lights
Some parts seemed a bit too confusing

Overall, I'd give this level an 8/10. Its feature worthy! Awesome work!
