Let's say I'm in the Lounge. I'll see this:
Geometry Dash Forum - Other - Lounge
Which is perfectly fine. However, when I click on a topic:
Geometry Dash Forum - Lounge - <topic>
You see? Where'd the "Other" section go? This is not exclusive to the Lounge, but it happens on every board. Kind of strange. It also happens when creating a topic:

Is that necessary, though? Those headings aren't really helpful (in my opinion), and they don't have a designated page attached to them.

These are details that although should be fixed, dont generally cause a negative effect in any way. Im pretry sure nobody looks at that for guidance.
