As for the level...I don't like NC at all anymore >.<

Decoration: 3/10
The non-wave parts were okay, but could be much better.
Not terrible, though. Maybe mess around with the color scheme a bit?
The colors seemed a bit too bright for the background.

Gameplay: 7/10
As far as NC levels go, pretty average.
Not much to say about this.

Music sync: 4/10
Pretty poor actually.
Some sections didn't sync up at all.

4.67/10 Decent

Ask your friend to make an original level and I'm sure he would get a higher score. As they stand right now, Nine Circles levels need to be really outstanding to be any good. And this one, sadly, is not outstanding.

I'm sure he could do better.
