Redo the dark theme:
The subject box containing the words is invisible due to the theme, therefore new users might get confused / not recognize certain features at all.
Said error also seems to show on the profile settings and in the shoutbox sometimes.
Thread locking:
This was discussed before, but i never saw a final resolution or a complete acknowledgement given (Staff chats) and so, i brought it to this place.
The usual scene: Normal thread, with no drama, a fight by X group of users by X reason starts, mods later lock.
This is totally the wrong way to go, there is no reason to lock a thread because two users started a fight (a News thread was locked by this incident, which gave cookie a dissapointment face), instead, this protocol should be used:
Cookie's scene: normal thread, with no drama, a fight by X group of users by X reason starts, mods come in, identify the users related to the incident, apply all broken rules and give a final resolution over the issue, later save the original fight chat feed inside a new super ultra secret subforum ill propose later to R4Z0R, Delete all original posts and leave the thread alone.
Regarding other languages: in case a fight happens and the mod who comes in doesn't understand the language, the mod should call an specific mod to translate the fight. Example: spanish fight starts, no mods understand whats going on, cookie comes in, translates and later the suggested protocol is used, but saving both the Translated chat feed and the original version.
Necropost exception:
Certain threads like the Official lists stickied threads, as a random example, should NOT be ruled by the necropost rule, these are meant to be a discussion theme and due to the rule being poorly described, anybody can report someone because he posted on a thread that didn't have any activities since ex: 1 month and sadly punished by a poorly made rule.
Change: Necroposting (The act of writing a post in a thread older than X days) can and will be punished by the moderators, users punished by necroposting cannot complain about the given punishment UNLESS the post happened to be on an Record list, Forum Game with more than X pages, or an Announcement.
Also please make a graveyard subforum so we can ditch all the locked and necropost-ruled threads there and hopefully avoid new users being punished by accident.
