Gameplay (6/10): Good but too slow.
Sync (5/10): It only syncs with the custom BG.
Deco (4/10): Good, but the same design and blocks copy-pasted all over the level.

Gameplay feels inconsistant in speed and sometimes just unfitting. You start the song in the middle of the first drop, which makes things hard to time consistently and feel natural. Palette was a little bit on the bland side as well. I'm no judge, but I don't think that this is feature worthy.
