When I was in 3rd grade I had appendicitis, basically my intestines were crushing my appendix.
So they did something to it, but it ended up getting infected, had to go back in and get it cut out. When they pulled the pump out of me, I couldn't breathe for a minute b/c the pain was so bad.

I’m a very cautious person so not very much. Worst was probably falling down while running and hitting pavement with a lot of glass on it which went deep into my elbow. That’s pretty much the extent of what I’ve experienced.

Short-term pain isn't too painful for me, mostly because, well, it's short term. Long-term pain isn't too bad either, because it's usually just a small hassle spread out over time.
However, here was a time a year ago where I couldn't move, breathe, or do anything without crying; the whole thing lasted about two days. If you stayed still, the pain would just slowly increase from the most minute of movements, which, as previously mentioned, included breathing. If you moved around, well, it was like getting the inside of your stomach replaced by rusty nails. The most I was able to do, with assistance, was walk. Side effects included constipation, nausea, headaches, and ringing in your ears. Sweet.
When it began, I just dismissed it as a stomach ache. Big mistake. Two hours later, I had to crawl like a goddamn earthworm across the carpet floor to tell my parents that I might die that night. But that wasn't a cakewalk, either, since I had no idea where I was going, because A) it was 11:30 P.M, and there was no light at all and B) I had to grit my teeth and close my eyes for every centimeter I moved.
The worst part was that I had no idea what caused it to happen, what it even was, and that the only solution that we had was to wait it out. I was inadvertently forced to sleep the whole day; if I wasn't conscious, I couldn't experience the pain.

One time I suddenly got this awful stomachache, but I had no clue what caused it because I hadn't eaten anything weird. Eventually, the pain was so bad that I was lying on my bed in a fetal position, in basically constant pain with a few breaks. My parents took me to the hospital, and all together, from the time I started feeling the pain to the time I took the medicine the hospital gave me, it was probably at least 2-3 hours of unbearable pain in my stomach. I still don't know what caused it.
Another time when I was very young, I forget what caused it, but I remember being in the hospital on some crazy antibiotic and morphine until 1AM because I was in pain (I think it was my stomach again). They thought I had an infection of some sort, so they wouldn't let me drink any water except a cube of ice every hour or so because it would mess up a surgery they might have to do. I was begging for water the entire time but they wouldn't let me have any except through an IV. That was probably the thirstiest I've ever been in my life; when I got home, I must've drunk 15 cups of water at least.

3.5 year long depression throughout most of high school. That shit sucked.
If we're talking about physical pain though, probably just spraining every muscle in my body by moving every day because I'm an out of shape fuck. I legit sometimes sprain my jaw trying to eat a big sandwich.

I’m just going to stick with physical pain since I’d rather not get into emotional trauma. It’s a toss up between when I tore my hamstring and when I broke my radius. The torn hamstring sent me into shock and put me on crutches for close to a week before I was able to put a bit of pressure on it and start limping around instead. When I broke my radius it went clean in half but it settled crooked when I was in the waiting room at the hospital so I had to be sedated and have the bones realigned properly (no it didn’t need to be rebroken). The worst part was getting the x-rays done. For those of you who don’t know, the radius is the forearm bone that’s in line with your thumb. I had my arm pressed against my stomach the few hours I was stuck waiting before I was able to go in for an x-ray and so the part where I had to have my palm face down on the machine was fine because I just moved my arm at the shoulder. The part where I had to have my thumb pointing up at the ceiling was extremely painful. Try rotating your wrist from your palm being face down to your thumb being pointed up and look at what bone is moving and you should realize why that part didn’t feel so good. There was also the part where the doctors couldn’t get the IV in right for my sedation so I ended up getting stuck 8 times before they got it right. So much bruising from that. Third place would probably go to when I dislocated my shoulder. Didn’t hurt a lot right away but once the pain set in it didn’t feel so great.

i believe i fell off a table at age 5 and broke a bone but i barely even remember that shit so idk if i'll count it so other than that sometimes i just like burp much more than usual and go into these fucking terrible stomachaches, at least one of which has lasted a full day and left me crying in my bed for the vast majority of the time
regarding emotional pain instead of physical pain, two suicidal breakdowns on august 29 and september 14 (along with the aftermaths of both). some of you guys may have been here for the second one. both were extremely stressful though and i still haven't fully recovered my mental state ngl

I’m gonna go with physical pain because emotional pain is much more complex and there are some very personal events regarding that that i’d rather not get into
It’s not much, but one time when i was like 6(?) i was running pretty fast on some bumpy asphalt and i accidentally tripped and slid on my knees for a good 20 feet before stopping. Half of each of my legs were scraped off and i had some huge-ass bruises covering my entire kneecaps for more than three months
Another thing: my sister accidentally ran over my toe with a closet door (when i was like 8) and it was stuck there for about 15 seconds before we could get it out (that door was heavy as fuck). My entire toe was purple for 6 months and then my toenail fell off so that’s great
Also when i was two i had a fever of 106 degrees (which probably explains why i act mentally deficient most of the time, i probably AM from that), and some doctor accidentally cut up the inside of my ear a few months later. However, i barely remember that, so i can’t really say if that hurt more than the events above. I’m just including it here because yes
