IMO it depends on the song, if an artist doesn't want their song to be used in the game for any reason whatsoever, they should be able to stop their song from being used in gd.

I know it's currently not possible to stop NONG songs from being used, it was more about the ideal of artist having the choice whether or not their songs are used.

I really like NONG levels. While it's a bit more effort than just clicking the download button, the original song will almost always fit the level better (arcturus is arguably an exception). About the rating criteria idrk, but my guess is that epic worthy = feature, feature worthy = star, & star worthy = no rating.
