How about this: I move all of the hacked levels into a separate list. Then there will be two lists, one for levels updated by hackers who are not the creator, and one for levels that really *do* abuse the rating system, like Battle of the Shades.
If so, what to do about levels that are unknown whether the update is by the creator or random hackers?

Levels updated by a hacker -spoiler- 2.2. Levels updated by the creator -spoiler- 3. Resolved -spoiler- |
