Hi. I had this one project that I was making for days, and its finally done. 
If you don't know what Shimejis are, they're just basically little characters that play around on your screen for fun.
Here is one in action:
You can drag it around, throw it somewhere, watch it chase your cursor, and more stuff.
There are only 5 available characters to choose from:
Yes, its possible to get multiple icons on the screen at once.
Maybe I'll try to make a custom icon selection tool soon if its possible.

The icons will always remain on top of the screen. They can even throw windows off the screen. |

There's only the normal pre-made Shimeji-ee showing up for me, are you sure that's the right download link?
I looked around in the file location, no signs of your Shimejis in the lib, img, or conf folder.

Ok, these are actually not bad.
However they seem to be climbing up my screen and huddling up together at the corner where the X button is placed... plotting something as i'm typing this...
Edit:HELP THEY'RE DROPPING DOWN THE SCREEN AND NOW THEY'RE PULLING OUT MORE OF THEM FROM THE GROUND
