My Shards has also been removed/resetted with 2.11 update. I had 100 shards of each collected, so 100% complete. before 2.11. Now I have 80 shards of each. The rest has been removed. What to do? On mobile I still have my old stats. 2.11 hasn't been released to mobile yet. :v Also that's kinda why this thread exists: to find out what to do. lol So really, this whole thing is just RobTop's fault for being annoying. Before you try it, saving and reloading doesn't work either. However, I won back most of my shards from the new chests in the Treasure Room, so I suggest opening those. I got back a few shards from the new chests, but still missing 8-10 of each shards. I suppose, Robtop reduced the shards from each player and put them into the chests. |

This is why.. you gotta back up your data No matter how much you back up your data, it will not replace shards. After my shards were removed on PC, I went to my Mobile account which had the full amount, then saved, loaded it onto PC, and It still didn't work. My theory is that everyone has actually accidentally been given NEGATIVE shards. Hopefully this will be fixed  |

This was confirmed by Robtop to be intentional, and not a bug. There is no measure of data saving you can do to save these. These shards are gone forever.
@spodermen96 does this answer it?
