Practice, really. You have to get used to the rhythm of the timings to get past them, and the only way to do that is to practice, practice, practice.

Practice until the muscle memory gets good enough to do it every time. Also listen to the music a lot because most songs are well synced with the level.

Timing is 100% muscle memory. You need to practice a lot with each individual part. Eventually you will be able to be consistent without much practice after a lot of experience, but just in general, you need to practice a lot.

Patience is my advice. Don't click too early, but make sure you have a little bit of reflex too, so you don't just crash into the spike or block in front of you. Other than that just keep practicing.

be familiar with the physics of the various gamemodes, as well as how orbs work. that way, your muscle memory for that timing or something similar will make you pass it relatively easier, even if you haven't played the level at all.

Like others have said, practice and practice. Listening to the song might be the best way, if a level is really synced with the song.
