My finger hurts when I attempt to practice harder demons. Although it probably happens because of my finger position, considering I play with the up arrow key.

I've never gotten serious injuries, but I have had bad pain in hands and forearm sometimes when playing for too long. It's best just to moderate your playtime.

I never hurt my fingers while playing Geometry Dash. I do hurt them quite often, though.

I happened to feel pain in my forearm when I played a lot for several days in a row. Most painful was when i was straight flying. Im a mouse pc player

My wrist starts to hurt whenever I play for an hour, mainly my fingers starts to hurt and get cramps, I played a lot of games with controllers when I was growing up

You could get carpal tunnel (like another person/people said),
I think if you somehow rubbed against something enough while playing you could get a blister.
