So Windy Landscape should be placed in Insane Demon category? Also thanks for pointing that Metal Crusher was on the list twice, I'll fix it. It could be on the easier end of the easy demons. That's why it would be better to have it the way I suggested. It helps people both know 1. Which demons are harder than which, and 2. What some easier demons of a higher category are. But you're saying it should be listed by official demon ratings, which WL is insane demon in game.

This list should be restructured into 5 categories, one for each demon ranking. Windly landscape, for say, would be on the easier side of insane demons while something like cosmic calamity would be higher. Every demon ranking would have its own ranking from easiest to hardest. |

Harder easy demons such as Underground and Vortex are towards the bottom anyways while easier easy demons like ToE2 and Motion are towards the top. Also, ranking each and every single demon would take way too much time, and I don't really have a lot of time because of school and all. |

why is cataclysm in the hellish category, also some of the levels in the extreme category are too easy like hate war, coming from someone who beat both

If you don't mind, I have a few placement suggestions. First off, I believe that Ditched Machine should be moved down to the "Easy Demons" category, because it simply does not compare to most other demons on the "Medium Demons" section. In addition, I think Lit Fuse by Krazyman50 should be moved up to the "Hard Demons" category, because it outweighs pretty much every demon in the Medium Demons section by quite a margin. Finally, I believe Rearmed by Krazyman50 should sit with Lit Fuse in the Hard Demons category, because it can simply not keep up with the other demons in the "Insane Demons" category. Thank you! The way I originally arranged this list was so that the demons would be listed in order from easiest to hardest, from the top to the bottom, in a total gradation. Every level is placed strategically so that it is harder than the one below it, and easier than the one above it. One of the major faults I had when making this list originally, before Repeater revived it, was that I had little to no experience in beating demons, which made me hesitate to update it because I feared that every placement past easy demon would be wrong. That's why there are so many easy demons and so few of everything else. Upon playing a little bit of Lit Fuse myself, I've discovered that it is actually a lot harder than it seems, and so I agree that it should be moved into the Hard Demon category, but saying that it outweighs "all other demons in its category" doesn't necessarily support this claim. If it's close to the bottom of the category, or even the last one in the category, it's for a reason. It means that all of the levels above it are easier than it, and they're either slightly less difficult, or significantly closer to Insane 9*, depending on how far away they are above it. We should incorporate something in the instructions that clearly states that the levels aren't just listed in order of difficulty by category, they're listed in order of difficulty by levels themselves. Thank you for making that known to me. I'll discuss this with Repeater later. |

By the way, I just want to clear something up, for those of you questioning how poorly placed some of these levels are, do keep posting them, but don't blame Repeater for this!
I started and created this list originally, up to 200 demons, and then stopped updating it completely, for one primary reason. I didn't have great experience in demons. I literally just beat Obscurum last weekend.
Placing so many demons just by judging the gameplay on a YouTube video wasn't entirely the best strategy, and I feared updating it more from that day forward because I knew the placements would be wrong, but I hadn't bothered to fix the improper placements that were already there.
This list is directly moved from my possession to that of Repeater's, and so if you see something funny on the list, do point it out. It's our goal to make this list as polished and as functional as possible. However, if you are surprised that anyone could make such a mistake, take note that I was the one who made the mistake, and Repeater should not suffer for the faultiness and lack of qualification of my mistakes.

I would add Stalemate to the easier end of the insane demons list. It's a very slow paced level with not many hard timings, but a lot of memorization. The beginning wave could be hard for some people, but overall it's one of the easier insane demons in the game.
