TIL I as a gay person cannot make fun of gay people Using “fag” as an insult to make fun of yourself or other gay people is not what you should be doing. Gay people are trying to get rid of that as it’s an incredibly offensive term to them, and your use of it is not validated just because you might be gay yourself. Being part of the lgbt community myself, I can tell you that those who use the term are what we’re trying to get rid of. It’s like a black guy calling himself and other a nig when the black community in general and quite frankly most people are trying to get rid of that term, and many black people agree on the same thing; Just because you’re part of the group that the term offends doesn’t mean you’re ok to use it, so, for the love of god please stop using that and thinking you’re funny for it just like your other posts that have been breaking censors. |

Do you know the group N.W.A. ? You know, the most influential rap group ever? Do you even understand what the N in N.W.A. stands for? Who the fuck are you to tell others how to speak about shit that they have witnessed and been a part of? Just because you are a mod doesnt mean you're automatically right. I can use that word however the fuck I want to given its used in the appropriate context. They were making a joke about me being a roleplaying sissy online, so I called them a faggot as a retort, in a similarly joking manner. But yet here you are, triggered and butthurt, not because of what I said, but because of how i said it. Black people say the N word all the time, and I've seen very, VERY few black people actually get upset about it (ironically, most of the people that I've seen get upset about the usage of the word are white). You can also look at the lyrics of just about any rap song nowadays. That said, the same thing might not apply to LGBT people, I'm not a part of that community so I couldn't really say. As for this thread's topic...well, I'm not about to reveal my real name publically, but it starts with H. |
