(didn't know why this didn't post)
First Impressions: This seems to be a joke level mocking GDW features and the “simple” style. As this is judged solely off a video (due to the level being deleted), some ratings, especially gameplay and sync, might be inaccurate. Instead of percentages, I will use timemarks in your video.
Gameplay and Sync (0:00-0:25): The gameplay seems to be the standard, slow cube and ship that many levels seem to have nowadays. The sync seems decent, and is probably better when played, but a little off. I do believe there should be a bit more input from the player.
(0:26-0:46): The wave transition is filthy. As many players, including myself, often click when entering an invisible teleport portal. Even if it is a mock, please give respect to your player. The rest is very slow but there seems to be some sync at the cube, which redeems some of this section.
(0:46-End): This section could definitely be much harder, even if this is intended as an easy level. There is no real sync to specific beats, only the speed change to match the tempo of the song. The ending is a little odd, but nothing strikes as “bad”, just “not good”.
Design (0:00-0:25): The beginning cube has no major flaws in it, it just feels a little empty. The ship has a few inconsistencies with the 3D blocks, try to make them all face one way/ not use them at all. The pulsing squares conflict, just a little, with the block design, which is relatively empty but again, not terrible. The one thing I dislike in this entire section is the white spikes on the ceiling and floor; don’t make it so thick, as it distracts the eyes. Use it in moderation if you’re planning on using beautiful colors.
(0:26-0:46): The wave blocks have specks of white blocks in the them which, instead of being aesthetically pleasing, feel very incomplete. The monotone gray block design feels very rushed and needs much more detail. The UFO part is better, having rays of light and a block design, albeit a simple one. No really comments on the auto; it might have been cool if you made it pass through extremely tight spaces, but I’m not marking you down for it.
(0:46-End): The end certainly has the best block design, especially the ball. The background lights and blocks contribute to the intensity of the level and really help it pop. No major complaints here; even the cube is acceptable because it is short.
Final Comments: Making your level longer would certainly help, despite the joke. I know this was a level mocking GDW styled “simple” levels, but I could still see the effort put in. Things to work on are mainly gameplay orientated, but try to also come up with new designs for each section. If you can’t, just make one cool one and stick with it!
