wow....... i requested this a while ago and sigma added it to the mini profile. then someone removed it.
now it gets readded.... why was it even removed in the first place? it was added already? i wonder why that would be taken away  |

"Stop using many emojis", "Don't make news threads if you're not a News Caster", "No more fake verification marks (that don't annoy anyone)", etc Those aren't really bad, they're just telling people to stop doing annoying stuff  But I guess I see what you mean. Tbh they are usually bad for some of the population, but simultaneously good for other parts. For example, the news caster example is bad for people who have newsworthy content to write about, but it's good for news casters because it gives them a special forum privelege. Another example, fake verification badge ban is bad for people who use them, but good for actual verified members so that they can be truly recognized and acknowledged. |

Yes, because a) it is on a thread that hasn't been active in 2+ months and b) is off-topic and adds nothing to the thread regardless. I recommend not making such posts, since all they do is bring up old threads that don't need to be, and keep newer threads from being seen as much.  Because of those reasons, I usually lock threads that have been necroposted in so people don't keep making unneeded posts. |
