Overrated Songs vs Uncommon Songs

They're overused for a reason

It depends on the feel of the song, what genre is it and how fitting the song can be in a level.

For example: Supernova by Xtrullor. That song sounds great. Even though it's the most overused custom songs in Geometry Dash, it's still a good song. You might get sick of listening the same songs everytime. But when you take a long break from listening that song and you come back to it, you might like it again. 

Uncommon songs are the fucking best songs, cornandbeans - midnight, fantomenk - tiny tunes, and more

And yet the so-called song connoisseurs of Geometry Dash hate them

Overused songs, there's a reason that they even are overused. Uncommon songs can be good too, at least IMO, but more likely than not I'm going to enjoy a more common song.

Uncommon ones because overused ones are crap
