Which is hardest? Now, Sonic Wave is probably hardest level close to complete, but who knows? I agree with TrusTa nerfing the level wholeheartedly, and his progress is amazing. However, some parts like CSX, Jeyzor and others don't even compare to the difficulty of the original, so is it harder than Bloodbath?

In Trusta's video, the spikes are still there, so Jeyzor's part is harder than before. |

Definitely yes. Because Yatagarasu is longer than Bloodbath. (Yatagarasu has 3 minutes while Bloodbath has 2 minutes.) And some parts are equally hard or harder than Bloodbath.

Trusta told me that the unnerfed version was so inconsistent that it was almost impossible, but that it is way harder than BB too with nerfs

No peebs he just nerfed CSX part because even he admitted its extremely impossible
also this means Bloodlust is finally harder than Yata to all yeeee
