Blast Processing was very fun, even despite the low difficulty and simple design. Deadlocked was also good (maybe except the wave parts).
EDIT: Also, Hexagon Force. Fite me. x)

I think Clutterfunk has really fun gameplay and a cool song, but from a design standpoint I'd say Deadlocked is my favourite. Overall though, since Clutterfunk's design isn't great, I'd say Deadlocked is my favourite overall as long as my wave is decent at the time.

Electrodynamix. I think it's one of the best levels of its time. Progressively faster gameplay was really cool and it was incredibly fun to play. And you can tell robtop put a lot of work into the design.

Hexagon force, I just love the short duals, and the fast cube is really fun IMO, and when i died at the end it was an excuse for me to replay the level xd
coming close is TOE 2, great design, and great challenge for the wave and the ship parts are not too hard, but hard enough to give a slight challenge to be fun.
