The fact that you managed to beat ToE 2 makes you a lot better than the a lot of players actually. One tip to improve is to just focus on beating some easy demons like the ones you're trying to beat right now so that you can improve your skill. Don't focus too much on the amount of attempts you take, the important things is that you continually improve and eventually beat the level Also, if you haven't beaten them yet, I suggest you beat Deadlocked and Clubstep first since beating them will help improve your ship and wave skills, respectively.

Eh, nobody is really "bad" in this community. And with your 7 Demons, you´re way above the average Player already. Now as for some tips, do some easy 2.0 Demons to get used to everything. I suggest Mirror Force, Platinum Adventure and if you want to become better at the wave, maybe problematic. You can also always try out some older ones, there are tons which are really easy. And as for patience, just try playing the things you like. Don´t force yourself to do anything. I for an example usually play lots of Featured Levels that I see have songs that I like, or I just practice on copyables a lot. (Which is a far better option than practice mode imo) And well, just overall have fun playing the game and you´ll improve over time!

Remember, there are even worse players than you. Don't underestimate yourself. It will make you getting worse than before. Like I said in my previous posts: There are so many ways to get better at Geometry Dash:
1. (Like most people suggested here), Practice Mode! This mode is different than normal mode. You can respawn from your last checkpoint when you crash at some point. The cons of this is that you can't listen to the normal level song, but a different song. If you beat the level in practice mode, you'll know the rest of the gameplay in the level. It's also useful to find and know how to get the coins. If you're noticeably getting better from practice mode. You can try the level in normal mode and see if you can complete the level from 0% to 100%. If you beat the level in normal mode, you'll get stars (depends if the level is rated or not). 2. Copyable and Start Pos! If you're getting bored of practice mode music while practicing, then you can copy the original level, go to the editor, put the Start Pos in the area you want to practice. Then Save and Play. You'll respawn from the start pos everytime you crash. And it plays the normal music! The cons is, if you complete the level in copyable, you won't get stars. You can replace the Start Pos to whereever you like if you want to practice another parts. Don't forget to "Edit Object" the Start Pos and set the gamemode and speed as in the level. 3. Watching YouTube videos of that level! This might spoil the rest of the level. But you can also learn the level by watching YouTube videos! You don't need to practice. Just watch. The only problem is you might not know exactly where to tap/hold. So you need to slow down the video in order to learn where and when to tap/hold. 4. Using a better mouse! Which mouse do you think is better at clicking? I'm not sure which one. But choose the best mouse that has the best performance at clicking. You can test it by rapid jitterclicking or holding. If your mouse that you use feels good. You can just stick with that mouse. Or if you found a better one. Use the better one. 5. Practicing and testing your hand/finger reflexes! This is kinda complicated to explain how. But at least try to practice your fingers reflex by playing other very fast-paced games. 6. Play challenge levels! There are so many challenge levels out there. For example: RetoGuitar levels. You can try one of these, and see if you're good enough to complete it. Usually, challenge levels are ranged fron Tiny to Short. Also, it takes time to get better. You don't know when you'll get better. But if you keep playing, you can be better than anyone else here! Good luck!

Beating a few demons and one official demons makes you better than a significant amount of people in the community. Take a look at my story:
I started playing somewhere around December 2015/January 2016 and I was bad, very bad. I couldn't beat much demons. I completed like 7 demon rated levels which were mostly very easy and I stopped for a long while. Like a month ago I finally managed to complete Clubstep, a few days later I beat ToE2 and even better, another few days later I beat Deadlocked! Now I've got like 30 demons, which is an above-average number. If I can do it, you also can. I'm not a very good player and I mostly beat just easy demons, but still if you practice, you can beat everything.
Start with some very easy demons (like: Platinum Adventure, The Lightning Road, yStep, etc.), then slowly start to play harder levels. Use practice mode to learn patterns and the level design, get a copyable if it's possible. Practice makes perfect!

M8... I started in 1.7 and i first completed Clubstep in 1.9... And you call yourself bad, I have 55 demons, which of all are very easo to easy demons, whihc i completed in 200 attempts (And spent over 800 attempts on Problematic) But I have over 3k stars, which is nice I have over 1k attempts on Problematic and still haven't beat it Due to the kind of levels problematic is, it's normal to take above 1000 attempts on it

Calm down there, if you have multiple related things to say, try to keep it in one post

BTW I play on my iPad. I do have it on PC, but for me (believe it or not) it's easier to play on mobile. Same.
