Move the thing to #1, come on, this community is incredibly biased with and overrating Bloodbath. Bloodbath isn't even that much of a big deal around the great players these days anymore, especially amongst 144hz players, of whom 14 have beaten it, including Sakupen Hell's verifier Trusta himself, for which he took ten thousand less attempts. People compared Sakupen Hell's wave parts to Cataclysm, which is plain wrong. Cataclysm's first wave has nothing on Sakupen Hell's wave parts. Try them both yourself, then you'll see what I mean. The gameplays for Sakupen Hell and Bloodbath are wildly different, and it depends on the player and his hardware which one is more difficult. Players with a 144hz monitor will not find Bloodbath and its infamous flying parts as difficult as Sakupen Hell's wave parts, and taking into account that 144hz' effect on wave is minimal compared to ship, I think Sakupen Hell should be placed #1 in the extreme demons list. In Bloodbath it matters whether you're on 60hz and 144hz, and while the same is true with Sakupen Hell (and any other level for that matter), it's not as noticeable in the latter. Trusta thinks so, and if you think he's somewhat biased, then Powerbomb too.

sakupen isnt as hard or as long as bloodbath, it's really good where its at. surv is even already at 84% EDIT: Don't give me any comment saying "No one has beaten it except trusta", this is because the nerfed level just came out.

Given TrusTa’s attempts, Sakupen Hell seems like it should be #1, but then again, Bloodbath is very ship-based and Sakupen Hell is very wave-based. And I think I heard that 144hz is way more of an advantage to ship than wave

I think that Sakupen Hell should be #1, I'm sick of the bias given towards BloodBath... It's been overthrown and the mods aren't letting it happen. SH is harder - not by a lot, but it's harder. - opinion

Honestly the length makes a huge difference. Although Sakupen is half as long as BB and took TrusTa more attempts, it really just has an attempt grinfing style of gameplay. Plus you don't need as much stamina with Sakupen even though it is more chaotic than BB. I don't care either way really.

Surv has not beaten it yet! just wait, it's only been 3 days What are we even talking about, neither player's opinion will count as unbiased even if Surv beats it in less attempts. It took Surv over 30 000 attempts and a bunch of fails to beat Bloodbath whereas it only took Trusta 13 722 so one would expect Surv to overrate Bloodbath. And one would also expect Trusta to be biased with Sakupen Hell, because, well, he's the verifier and it took him ten thousand more attempts. We'll have to wait for a third player to beat both.
