In terms of actual Difficulty, definitely Sakupen Hell. In Terms of Length? BB. If Sakupen Hell was as long as BB, It'd easily top the top 50 demons for over a year, possibly. If Sakupen was as long as BB, I'd say it's harder than BL and Yata.

To be honest I don't think Sakupen Hell should be judged because of its time. I just practiced it and it took me 197 attempts. And there are so|
many tight waves that I were stuck on I don't even know how TrusTa managed to verify this. In my opinion. This is harder than Bloodbath in some ways which I'll list here.
1. It's more skill based because there is not a lot of straight fly in this level except for 2 parts.
2. The waves are tighter than Sonic Wave in my opinion. Which makes this pure hell.
3. The atmosphere that the level gives you makes you scared and want to go to mommy.
4. You need extreme concentration to play this level, same thing with bloodbath but the super tight waves makes this level more untamed once you're nearing the end.

It seems like the mods refuse to put anything above BB now
SH is definitely harder than BB and like 80% of the forums agree with it
stop fanboying BB there are a lot of demons harder than them >_<

Not every level has to be as long as Bloodbath to be harder than it, of course it's just my opinion.
I think that Sakupen Hell is harder, because the waves are pure hell and passing through them requires extreme skill and luck. Honestly I didn't see any POSSIBLE demon with that tight waves.
Bloodbath is also hard and long, but IMO the tunnels were nowhere as tight. But people are better at different things: one's great at wave, one's good at ship.

The problem I find with everyone saying Sakupen Hell is harder than Bloodbath is the fact that it's still however new. I'm sure if you gave a new player loads of time to practice Geometry dash whilst both these levels are out, they'd finish Sakupen Hell before Bloodbath.
Statistically, if you compare the release date and the day someone beat the level, aside from the verifier of course, you'd notice Bloodbath over half a year before someone finally beat the level whilst for Sakupen Hell, it was beaten a mere month after it's release.
Only justifiable reason I would have to say Sakupen Hell is harder is because people aren't used to it yet. Once it's been out for as long as Bloodbath it will probably have much more people who have conquered it.

Riot wants bloodbath to be at top until Yatagarasu and bloodlust are verified from what I heard.
Anyways, it seems to me that sakupen hell is harder. So many difficult tight waves in one level. Not just that, there're other really extreme parts and there is no break in the level.
