Conical Depression. The first wave is insane, and surv (Currently the only person who's beaten it) says that its harder, and it took him more twice the amount of attempts he had on ABP (I know that the first wave eats up attempts, but still, its twice as many)

Conical Depression because the gameplay is cancer while ABP is quite fun and has some excitment on it

The first wave of CD reminds me of those generic wave challenge levels that always get a lot of downloads for some reason xd.
Also I think CD is a little overrated, I would go with ABP because the hardest parts are in the end, not the beginning.

Let's just say it, the only reason why CD is really hard is because of the first wave.

The only super hard part of ABP - oh wait there's none unless you have zero memoryKoreaqwer's part and Miner's part would like to have a word with you  Anyway, ABP is a lot harder than it looks; the timings are much tighter than they seem and the gravity portal placement is absolutely horrendous (which is not something you may notice by just looking at the level). ABP is also a lot longer than Conical Depression. If it weren't for CD's first mini wave I'd easily say ABP is harder, but because the first mini wave is so difficult, I'd have to say CD is harder than ABP. |

First mini wave in CD is not nearly as scary as you think. Straight flying parts after it are less fun than anything else xd (if you are 60hz player).
How can you say which of these levels is harder if you haven't beat both of them?

its cd, spam and tight spaces are enough to disprove that abp is harder with different gameplays
cd mainly focuses on wave, ship and cube and barely ball.
abp focuses on all, yet isnt as hard as cd's.
