Death Machine is not number 1, I am the publisher, and I even tried switchblade and all levels the way up to number 6, death machine is not number 1, it is probably around number 6, I would recommend looking at it again, it's not that high up on this list. Hopefully you should take this into consideration.

Its hard to tell the difficulty of own level.
Imo Firelands shouldnt even be on this list because I find it easy. (Yes i am the publisher of that level)
Its really up to others to justify where the levels belong in this list.
