Can't pick a favorite so I'll just list some:
Environmental Station Alpha (Steam game) has an AMAZING ost
Metroid Prime
Pokemon Gen IV has some really good ones (Route 209 day)
Pretty much every Mario Kart game
The first 3 Paper Mario games. Sticker Star's overworld songs are alright, but all battle themes besides Megasparkle Goomba leave something to be desired
